The land Down Under can teach us all much. Every country in the world is different, and every man is different; human qualities, characteristics and skills, the way people think and act - everything vary; but, when people come together for a purpose, and they think and act together - then, the effect of team-work is something 'beyond' words, and this is something that we ALL need to learn from Aussies. It is about integrated teamwork that ensures results, be it a business scenario in a company like Coulson Organisation, or any other sector - the golden rules of teamwork and collaboration works the same way, for all... Yes, if it is effective teamwork and collaboration, good spirit and strength from within, then the Australian cricket team is one of the best examples in the whole world....; for other countries, in a game of cricket, if one player did not play well, then the others may feel jittery, and lose the confidence to perform...and in another 5-10 minutes, they are back to the pavilion to join others, by getting bowled out. A team is something that we belong to, and it is the responsibility and accountability of everyone...; individual talent definitely helps, but without cooperative work, nobody can think of a 'win'. Every man needs to contribute! In the game of cricket, when the Aussies are on the field, every player is faithful about his abilities, and they all strive hard 'on their own' without losing hope, for the team's victory. And if, the best all-rounders are in an Australian team, then we know why, now!
